Hanoi selects strong fields to promote cooperation with Nam Dinh province

Hanoi city and the northern province of Nam Dinh can select strong fields to promote cooperation, effectively exploit potential and advantages for mutual development. Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai made the statement at the Cooperation – Development Conference between the two localities in Nam Dinh on August 17. With the spirit of “Hanoi for the whole country and the whole country for Hanoi”, Nam Dinh’s development also contributes to the capital city’s prosperity in the past years, Hai said. He suggested that the elaboration of cooperation program between the two localities should be soon completed.
