Kindly Share This Story: By Kingsley Omonobi Barely a week after operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, arrested a 70-year-old Nigerien who supplies Boko Haram and bandits illicit drugs; a 35-year-old Chadian who sells narcotics to the insurgents has been intercepted in Taraba state with assorted drugs. The suspect, Adama Uomar Issa, was arrested on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021 in Jalingo, Taraba State with 21.70Kg of Tramadol 225mg and 250mg. Also seized from him were 15.7Kg of Exol.5; 100,050 France CAF and N61, 000. According to the Commander, Taraba state Command of the NDLEA, Suleiman Jadi, the suspect speaks only French and Arabic and claims he was taking the illicit substances to Chad Republic before he was intercepted in Jalingo. Kindly Share This Story: The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Taraba has arrested a 35-year-old Chadian for an alleged drug deal. Mr Suleiman Jadi, NDLEA Commander in Taraba, made the announcement in a statement by the agency’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Mr Femi Babafemi on Thursday in Abuja. He said that the suspect, Adama Uomar-Issa, was arrested on Wednesday in Jalingo, in possession of 21.70 kilogrammes of Tramadol 225 milligrammes  and 250 milligrammes. Jadi said that 15.7 kilogrammes of exol.5, the sum of 100,050 France CAF and N61, 000 were also recovered from the suspect. “The suspect speaks only French and Arabic, he claims to be taking the substances to Chad Republic before his arrest. The 35-year-old was intercepted with assorted drugs in Jalingo, Taraba State. KUALA LUMPUR: Percikan api berterbangan apabila Yip Yoke Lin, 74 tahun, meletakkan pisau tukang masak Cina yang sedang diasahnya pada sudut 30 darjah dari permukaan meja. Setelah melayang pisau tersebut beberapa kali pada mesin pengasah, beliau menguji ketajamannya dengan melayangkan jarinya pada mata pisau dengan berhati-hati. “Ini asah ‘kasar’. Setelah berpuas hati, saya akan meletakkannya di atas meja kerja dan mengasah mata pisau menggunakan batu pengasah pula,” kata beliau. Kakak beliau, Yip Ah Moy, 84 tahun, yang bongkok dimamah usia, turut sama melakukan kerja mengasah pisau pelanggan lain. Beliau melayangkan mata pisau pada batu dengan lembut bermula dari bahagian bilah pisau yang berdekatan hulu hingga ke hujungnya.
