PCB says that it wanted to feature voices that were new PCB had released the PSL song last week 'Groove Mera' has received mixed reaction on social media LAHORE: After receiving mixed reactions over the anthem for the upcoming PSL season, PCB on Friday defended its decision to ask Naseebo Lal, Aima biag and Young Stunners to sing it for the Pakistan Super League's sixth edition. In a statement to daily Dawn , a PCB spokesperson said that the three artists were asked to do the song as the PCB wanted to feature voices that were new and had not sung any PSL anthem before. “Naseebo Lal is an extremely talented, underutilised vocalist whose voice has the strength to carry this cricket anthem,” the official said. He further added that Aima Baig gave young energy to the anthem. The spokesperson said that Young Stunners were a "natural choice" to be a part of the anthem as they are leaders in the hip-hop scene of the country. “Cricket and music have always … [Read more...] about PCB defends decision to hire Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, Young Stunners for ‘Groove Mera’

Jack Black Deems Himself the New ‘God of Thunder’ in Hilarious Ragnarok Spoof Video
Jack Black has deemed himself the "New God of Thunder" in his new Thor Ragnarok spoof video. By the time talks started to come up about a possible third Thor installment, Chris Hemsworth was over playing the character. That all changed when Taika Waititi came on board to make Thor: Ragnarok, a movie that made the God of Thunder fun, while adding in some colorful new characters at the same time. Marvel Cinematic Universe fans, including Black, naturally gravitated towards it. In the new Jack Black video, he is portraying The God of Thunder while wearing a skimpy speedo with a cape, winged tennis shoes, and a hat with wings taped to it. This is certainly not the work of Marvel Studios in terms of production, but it appears Black did the best with what he had. We see the new God of Thunder cruising around town on a motor bike, even stopping to get gas. The video comes to a close when the hose comes out as Black performs some suggestive dances. Thor: Ragnarok Lands Jeff Goldblum & Karl Urban as Villains
Though the first two installments of the Thor franchise aren't exactly regarded as the best films that Marvel Studios has released so far, fans love the character. By the looks of things, the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok could easily be the best yet, and it just got better. God of War: Ragnarok is PlayStation Studios’ boss most-anticipated game
The boss of PlayStation Studios has singled out God of War: Ragnarok as his most-anticipated game, as if the wait wasn't hard enough already. A new post on the PlayStation Blog collects answers from developers of PlayStation games around the world about what game they're most excited for in 2021 and beyond. Many picked Deathloop, some gave the nod to Horizon Forbidden West , and one even picked Elden Ring , which is a hopeful sign that FromSoftware's next project is not just a collective dream we all had back at E3 2019. But PlayStation Studios boss Hermen Hulst has his sights set on God of War: Ragnarok. "Playing God of War in 2018 was a great experience for me," Hulst wrote. "That series has always had amazing action and combat, but the emotional depth Santa Monica brought to Kratos' story as a father was very memorable - especially since my son was only a little bit older than Atreus when I played it. So to see and hear the reaction to that tiny glimpse we … [Read more...] about God of War: Ragnarok is PlayStation Studios’ boss most-anticipated game
Cory Barlog first told us “Ragnarok is Coming” to the God of War PS5 sequel over a year ago
Sony might have officially unveiled its God of War sequel last night, but it turns out that Cory Barlog has been hinting at his new game for more than a year. After the reveal of God of War: Ragnarok last night, fans noticed that Barlog’s tease has been hiding in plain sight for nearly 18 months. Last April, Barlog created a 16-entry thread on Twitter documenting some of the behind-the-scenes aspects of the 2018 game’s development, showing off storyboarding, mocap, and various trips around the world to research and market the game. That thread has been up for more than a year, but since last night, fans have realised that the first letter of each Tweet spells out ‘Ragnarok is Coming’. Reminiscing about how crazy the last 6 yrs has been so I thought I would create a GOW BTS THREAD of photos + thoughts. Buckle up, gonna’ be long.????It all started out as scribbles and notes on a board and a stack of note cards. Big board image is an early breakdown of the story. … [Read more...] about Cory Barlog first told us “Ragnarok is Coming” to the God of War PS5 sequel over a year ago
