A judge made him subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years which prohibited from making any image with a woman as the subject without her prior consent A 'highly respected' hospital consultant who secretly filmed his sexual encounters with a camera hidden in his glasses was today jailed for 14 months. Jomo Mathurine, 49, who was based at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, was found with 15 still images and 96 video clips of women after one of his victims, a former girlfriend, contacted police. The gynaecologist, who also worked for a spell at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, Berkshire, also set up covert cameras to record sexual encounters with his student nurse girlfriend. Department of Justice attorneys asked a judge to go easy when sentencing 6ix9ine in light of his cooperation in a criminal investigation and assistance in a trial that ultimately resulted in convictions. DOJ attorneys filed a memo on Thursday (Dec. 5) requesting Judge Paul Engelmayer, who is overseeing 6ix9ine's case, impose a sentence below the statutory minimum.Last November, the Brooklyn-born 6ix9ine, whose legal name is Daniel Hernandez, was charged with racketeering and firearm offenses and accused of joining the Nine Trey Gansta Bloods, a violent street gang founded on Rikers Island. Facing life in prison, he pleaded guilty in January and agreed to take the stand as a key government witness against two high-ranking members of the gang. Gavin Newsom; Al Wilsey, husband of arts patron Dede Wilsey; and Con Murphy, a retired San Francisco police chief.
